Banquet at Stirling Castle Medieval Banquet
Stirling Castle
Following in the footsteps of Kings and Queens of centuries past, the historic surroundings of Stirling Castle provide the ideal setting to re-create a traditional medieval banquet in the 16th Century Great Hall.
Drinks reception
On arrival guests are welcomed into Stirling Castle by a Piper. Clansmen will interact with guests during the drinks reception in the Chapel Royal and perform a re-enactment in the main square.
Medieval Banquet
Guests are piped into the magnificent Great Hall for a medieval banquet. The tables are laden with a variety of platters, and drinks served in pewter/coloured glass goblets. A wandering jester will entertain guests around the tables during dinner.
Music & Entertainment
The spectacular finale to the evening is provided by a clan-style pipe band, performing in the Great Hall or outside in the Top Square - guaranteed to end the evening on a high note!
